Lagebeschreibung
Hochlar is in the north-west of the city of Recklinghausen, to the west of the city centre and bordering Herten to the west. The property is situated in a small commercial area, meaning it is accordingly quiet in the evenings and on weekends. The A43 and A2 motorways are just a short drive away, offering excellent links to the surrounding towns and cities Marl, Dorsten, Datteln, Gelsenkirchen and Castrop-Rauxel. The Marl chemical park is about 15 minutes’ drive away.
