Hello, I would like to swap my lovely altbau in Kreuzberg to try living in a new area. The location is great- It's in busy Kotti but on a quiet side street. It is within walking distance from many great cafes, bars, restaurants, the canal, and it is a 5 minute walk to the U8. That makes most places in Berlin reachable in 30 minutes by train or bike. The flat itself is wonderful. The kitchen & washing machine are updated, it is south-facing and gets incredible natural light, but the flat stays cool in summer and warm in winter. We are friendly with the neighbours and very respectful to the building members because it is a small and quiet building. If we do a swap, I expect to sell some furniture and the kitchen as I had to install it. Please let me know if you have any questions.
